摘要
介绍了微罩面技术的原理及指标要求,通过对河北张承高速公路桥面2016年微罩面试验段的长期后评估与性能追踪,认为微罩面具有良好的抗滑、耐久性、排水及降噪性能。在2019年超过20万平微罩面项目的实施基础上,提出只有对施工过程中的出料温度、粘层油洒布量、松铺系数、碾压温度等核心指标进行全过程监控,才能充分地把控1.0cm微罩面的施工质量。微罩面工艺在张承高速公路张家口至崇礼段的有效实施,为北方地区高速公路的预防性养护提供有益借鉴。
The principle and index requirement of the micro overlay technology are introduced.It is considered that the micro overlay has good skid resistance,durability,drainage and noise reduction performance through the long-time post-evaluation and performance tracking on the test section of micro overlay of the bridge deck of Zhangjiakou-Chengde in Hebei in 2016.The overall process monitoring on the core indexes like discharge temperature,distribution quantity of tack coat,loose paving coefficients,compaction temperature and so on during the construction is put forward on the basis of implementing the micro overlay project of over 200,000 square meters in 2019,so as to fully control the construction quality of 1.0cm micro overlay.The effective implementation of micro overlay technology at the section of Zhangjiakou-Chongli of Zhangjiakou-Chengde expressway can provide beneficial reference for the preventive maintenance of the expressways in northern area.
