摘要
随着污水排放量及监测指标的增加,某污水处理厂现有处理能力已不能满足达标要求,亟需对污水处理能力进行提升。本研究采用"活性污泥+MBR膜法"为一体化污水处理工艺,通过增加气浮、投加药剂及改造好氧池等方式对该装置的主要单元工艺进行改进。工程运行结果表明,改进后的MBR一体化装置在处理进水浓度波动较大的生活污水时,运行稳定,且出水水质各项指标均优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标标准,为生活污水的应急处理工艺的运行维护提供借鉴和参考。
With the increase of the sewage discharge and monitoring index,the existing treatment capacity of the sewage treatment plant can not reach the discharging standard,it needs to increase sewage treatment capacity.This project uses"Activated sludge+MBR membrane process"as the main process of the sewage treatment plant,adopts increasing the air floatation,adding agents and reforming aerobic pool to optimize and improve the existing process.The project operation results showed that,when the influent concentration fluctuates greatly,the improved treatment could still work stable,and the effluent quality was superior to《the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard》(GB18918-2002)level of A standard,in the case of large fluctuation of influent concentration.It can handle the MBR technology for sewage plant emergency operation and maintenance to.It provides reference for the operation and maintenance of the sewage emergency treatment process and reference.
