摘要 对医院里放射工作人员进行个人剂量监测是保证放射工作人员的辐射环境的安全性、放射防护措施效果的有效性的重要措施,采用热释光个人剂量计常规监测方法,分析了2019年长春市10家三甲医院,不同放射工种,共计1 640名放射工作人员所受电离辐射水平的差异。结果表明放射工作人员受照剂量远低于国家标准规定的年均有效剂量的限值,说明放射工作人员的辐射环境是安全的。 Personal dose monitoring of radiation workers in hospitals is an important measure to ensure the safety of radiation environment and the effectiveness of radiation protection measures.In this paper,the differences in ionizing radiation levels of 1640 radiation workers in different types of radiation work in 10 Third-class hospital in Changchun in 2019 were analyzed by using the routine monitoring method of thermoluminescence personal dosimeter.The results showed that the radiation dose received by the radiation workers was far lower than the annual effective dose limit stipulated by the national standard,which indicatedthat the radiation environment of the radiation workers was safe.
