摘要 以四川省三台县鲁班水库为研究对象,从水生态健康、流域发展影响和生态灾变三个方面,基于IROW框架,采用"4+1"湖泊生态安全评估方法。参考三台县监测站2016~2019年9月该区域监测数据,选择AHP法和ESI综合评分法,建立科学的评估体系综合评价鲁班水库的生态环境现状,评估结果表明该区域水质及生态环境较好。在调研的基础上提出了鲁班水库保护与可持续利用的对策与意见,为区域生态环境综合治理提供科学依据。 Taking Luban reservoir in Santai County,Sichuan province as the research object,based on the IROW(Inflow-Reservoir-Outflow-Watershed)framework,the"4+1"lake ecological safety assessment method is adopted from the three aspects of water ecological health,watershed development impact and ecological catastrophe.Referring to the monitoring data of the Santai County Monitoring Station from 2016 to September 2019,the AHP(Analytic hierarchy process)method and the ESI comprehensive scoring method are selected to establish a scientific evaluation system to comprehensively evaluate the ecological environment status of Luban reservoir.The evaluation results show that the water quality and ecological environment in this area are good.On the basis of the investigation,countermeasures and suggestions on the protection and sustainable utilization of the Luban reservoir are proposed,which provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive management of the regional ecological environment.
