摘要
船舶润滑一直是润滑业务的一个特殊并且重要的领域,对于现代大型船舶来说,其润滑要求涵盖了发动机和工业润滑的大部分,与陆上装备润滑相比需要把握五个要点:(1)全船需要多种润滑油脂合理配套;(2)核心是三种船用发动机油;(3)船用发动机油需要OEM认证;(4)排放和生物可降解要求高;(5)润滑服务必不可少。
On-board lubrication has always been a special and important field of lubrication business.For modern large vessels,the lubrication systems include not only marine engine oils but also most of the industrial oils of supporting facilities.Compared with the equipments on land,those on board need five key elements for lubricating oils:(1)proper usage for variable lubricating oils and greases;(2)three core marine engine oils;(3)OEM approvals for marine engine oils;(4)high requirements of emission control and biodegradability;(5)essential lubrication service.
