一种新型商用车传动轴滑动花键润滑脂的研制及其性能评价

Development and Performance Evaluation of a New Sliding Spline Grease for Transmission Shaft of Commercial Vehicle

根据传动轴滑动花键的工况分析和客户要求,研制了一种具有优良的耐磨减摩性、胶体安定性、耐高低温性、机械安定性和抗水性的新型商用车传动轴花键润滑脂。理化性能测试和传动轴耐久台架测试的综合结果表明,该润滑脂产品能够较好地满足传动轴花键的润滑要求,完全适用于中重型商用车传动轴钢对塑花键形式。

According to the working condition analysis of transmission shaft sliding spline and customer requirements,a new type of commercial vehicle transmission shaft spline grease with excellent wear resistance,friction reduction,colloidal stability,high and low temperature resistance,mechanical stability and water resistance was developed.The comprehensive results of physical and chemical properties test and transmission shaft durability bench test show that the grease product can better meet the lubrication requirements of transmission shaft spline,and is fully suitable for steel to plastic spline form of transmission shaft of medium and heavy commercial vehicles.
