摘要
以环烷基馏分油为原料,采用不同工艺,制备不同芳烃含量的变压器油。考察芳烃含量对不含抗氧剂变压器油氧化安定性、析气性的影响。结果表明:采用全加氢和加氢脱酸-溶剂精制-白土精制工艺均可制备满足GB 2536-2011要求的变压器油。变压器油中芳烃含量对其氧化安定性、析气性均有影响。变压器油的C_(A)值在0~5%范围内,其氧化安定性随芳烃含量增加而变好;变压器油的C_(A)值在5%~11.8%范围内,其氧化安定性表现出相反的趋势。变压器油的C_(A)值在0~11.8%范围内,其析气性随芳烃含量的升高逐渐变小。
The transformer oils with different aromatics content were prepared through different refining processes by naphthenic distillates,and the effects of aromatics content on the oxidation stability and gassing tendency of the prepared oil without antioxidant were evaluated.The results showed that both total hydrogenation process and hydrodeacidification-solvent refining-clay refining process could be used to prepare the transformer oil meeting the requirements of GB 2536-2011.The aromatics content of transformer oil has effects on the oxidation stability and gassing tendency.The oxidation stability of transformer oil gets better with the increase of aromatics content when the C_(A) is in the range of 0~5%,while the trend is opposite when the C_(A) is in the range of 5%~11.8%.The gassing tendency of transformer oil gradually decreases with the increase of aromatics content when the C_(A) is in the range of 0~11.8%.
