利用矿化剂烧制3D打印水泥熟料的试验研究

摘要 通过在生料中掺入复合矿化剂,改善高饱和比熟料易烧性,配制的3D打印材料具有早强高、凝结时间短等优势。系统研究了矿化剂的选择、熟料的烧成发育情况、水泥及3D打印材料的凝结时间、力学性能、水化热、流动性和堆积性能。试验结果表明:石灰饱和系数0.98的3D打印生料,在烧成温度1520℃下,复合矿化剂掺入量3%时熟料中游离氧化钙含量为0.67%。比未掺矿化剂的生料达到此游离氧化钙水平温度降低150℃,熟料强度较高,28 d抗压强度为65.9 MPa,制备水泥用于3D打印中,早期强度高,流动性、挤出性、可堆积性等性能良好。 In this paper,the raw meal was mixed with a composite mineralizer to improve the burnability of the high saturation ratio clinker,and the 3D printing material has the advantages of high early strength and short setting time.The selection of mineralizers,the firing and development of clinker,the setting time,mechanical properties,heat of hydration,fluidity and accumulation properties of cement and 3D printing materials were systematically studied.The experimental results showed that the 3D printing raw meal with a lime saturation ratio coefficient of 0.98,at a sintering temperature of 1520 ℃,the content of free calcium oxide in the clinker was 0.67%when the composite mineralizer mixing amount reaches 3%.Compared with raw meal without composite mineralizer,the temperature was lowered by 150℃ to reach this level of free calcium content,and the 28 d compressive strength of clinker was higher at 65.9 MPa.The prepared cement was used in 3D printing,which with high early strength,fluidity,extrudability,and stackability.
