摘要
探究了不锈钢渣尾泥对水泥水化性能的影响,首先分析了不锈钢渣尾泥和水泥熟料的矿物组成和粒度分布,然后将不同比表面积和不同掺量的不锈钢渣尾泥掺入水泥熟料中,发现在比表面积435~535 m^(2)/kg范围内,掺量是影响水泥强度的主要因素。TG-DSC定量分析出不锈钢渣尾泥水化程度低,胶凝活性差。微观定性分析了掺不锈钢渣尾泥的水泥水化产物主要是Ca(OH)_(2)以及少量的C-S-H凝胶和AFt,其中Ca(OH)_(2)是影响后期强度的主要因素。
The effect of stainless steel slag tailings on the hydration performance property of cement was investigated.Firstly,the mineral composition and particle size composition of stainless steel slag tailings and cement clinker were studied,and then different specific surface area and different dosage of stainless steel slag tailings mixed into cement clinker.It was found that when the specific surface area was in the range of 435〜535 m^(2)/kg,the content was the main factor influencing the strength of cement.TG-DSC was used to verify the low degree of hydration and poor gelation activity of stainless steel slag tailings.XRD and SEM microscopic analysis showed that the hydration products of cement mixed with stainless steel slag tailings were mainly Ca(OH)_(2),a small amount of C-S-H gel and AFt,in which Ca(OH)_(2) was the main factor affecting the late strength.
