浅析水泥组分的控制

摘要 水泥组分控制可有效提高水泥使用性能和质量稳定性,采用正交试验法寻找水泥组分定量测定结果与其表观掺量的差距来源。混合材掺量、类别及产地的差异均可导致其检测结果与表观掺量产生一定差距,其中掺量的影响最大,其次为类别和产地。矿渣检测值与表观掺量差值最大,其次是粉煤灰,石灰石检测值与表观掺量差值最小;不同产地混合材品质存在差异,导致检测值与表观掺量产生差距;混合材掺量较高时,检测值与表观掺量差值较大。 Cement component control can effectively improve the performance and quality stability of cement.The orthogonal test method was used to find the source of the difference between the results of quantitative determination of cement components and their apparent content.The difference of admixture content,type and place of origin can lead to a certain gap between the detection results and the apparent amount of mixing,of which the mixing amount has the greatest influence,followed by the type and place of origin.The difference between the detection value of slag and the apparent addition was the largest,followed by fly ash,and the difference between the detection value and the apparent addition of limestone was the smallest.The quality of admixture from different producing areas was different,which leads to the difference between the test value and the apparent incorporation.When the admixture content was high,the difference between the detection value and the apparent incorporation was large.
