摘要
云南红河钢铁公司产生的脱硫灰亚硫酸钙含量较高,很难被直接处理。红河州紫燕水泥有限公司曾尝试用脱硫灰做免烧砖、替代天然石膏做缓凝剂等手段处理脱硫灰,但效果均不理想。自2019年起,在华润水泥技术研发(广西)有限公司的帮助下,通过试验研究和技改优化,在紫燕水泥公司利用窑头高温氧化处置脱硫灰,经过一段时间的调整后稳定了工艺上的波动,水泥质量未出现负面影响,脱硫灰处置量稳定在20 t/d,取得了很好的社会经济效益,具有一定的推广价值。
The content of calcium sulfite in desulfurization ash produced by Yunnan Honghe Iron and Steel Company is high,so it is difficult to be treated directly.Honghezhou Ziyan Cement Co.,Ltd.has tried to use desulfurization ash as unbumed brick and replace natural gypsum as retarder,but the effect was not as expected.Since 2019,with the help of the China resources cement technology research and development(Guangxi)CO.LTD.,the desulfurization ash was treated by high temperature oxidation at kiln head in Ziyan Cement Company through experimental research and technical optimization.After a period of adjustment,the process became stable,cement quality does not appear negative influence,the desulfurization ash disposal quantity could be 20 t/d,it has achieved good social and economic benefits and has a certain popularization value.
