摘要 介绍了高性能脱硫脱白技术的主要特点及其应用。本技术是高性能湿法脱硫技术和相变凝聚节水脱白技术的高效耦合。应用结果表明:脱硫塔出口SO_(2)和粉尘含量分别达到22.8 mg/Nm^(3)和6.6 mg/Nm^(3),远低于设计值,脱硫除尘效率分别为99.6%和78%;相变凝聚器出口粉尘含量3.15 mg/Nm^(3),协同除尘效率高达52.2%,回收冷凝水14.5 t/h,收水率78.4%。相变凝聚节水脱白技术实现了在水泥行业超低排放中的首台套应用,具有冷凝收水、协同除尘、有色烟羽控制等多重功效,对水泥行业超低排放改造具有重要的借鉴价值。 The main characteristics and applications of high performance desulfurization and wet plume elimination technology were introduced.The technology described in this paper was efficiently coupled by the high-performance wet desulfurization technology and the phase change agglomerate water-saving&wet plume elimination technology.The practical application results showed that the S0_(2) and dust content outlet of desulfurization tower were 22.8 mg/Nm^(3) and 6.6 mg/Nm^(3) respectively,which all far below the design value and meant the corresponding removal rate were 99.6%and 78%.The dust content outlet of phase change agglomerator was 3.15 mg/Nm^(3),represented the collaborative dust removal rate reached 52.2%.Besides,14.5 t/h of condensed water represented 78.4%of water collection rate.The phase change agglomerate water-saving&wet plume elimination technology has achieved the first set of application in cement industry ultra-low emission,with multiple effects of condensation water collection,collaborative dust removal and wet plume control,which has a great reference value for cement industry ultra-low emission transformation.
