摘要
随着京津冀协同发展战略实施,以疏解北京非首都功能为"牛鼻子"的京津冀协同发展推出一系列重大举措,北京城市副中心、河北雄安新区相继成立,标志着北京新的"两翼"雏形初显;位于京津冀三地接壤地带的大兴国际机场建成投运,以此为代表标志的京津冀迈向世界级城市群的重大空间结构和交通基础设施调整相继落地。在总结梳理京津冀轨道交通发展历程,结合京津冀协同发展战略实施以来雄安新区、北京城市副中心规划获批、大兴国际机场建成运营,以及京津冀核心区铁路枢纽方案的出台等发展轨迹,探讨了"轨道上的京津冀"战略落实及其新格局。
The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was officially upgraded to relieve Beijing of functions of non-essential to its capital role.The establishment of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center and Xiong’an New Area in Hebei Province marks the beginning of the embryonic form of Beijing's new“two wings”.The completion and operation of Daxing International Airport,which located on the border of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,marks that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has been moving toward a world-class urban agglomeration and the major spatial structure and transportation infrastructure adjustments have been implemented.This article summarizes the development history of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rail transit,discusses the implementation of the"Beijing-Hebei-Tianjin Rail Transit"strategy and analyzes the new pattern of the rail system.
