基于剂量调制的微波消融碳化调控技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤微波消融疗法现今广泛应用于临床癌症治疗。但其存在消融区域会产生碳化成分的副作用,碳化成分会影响微波天线传输效率,引起病人术后炎症等。本文采用有限元方法构建微波消融仿真模型,设置功率60W,周期60s,占空比分别为50%、40%、30%和20%的间歇波函数。结果显示占空比为30%与20%时,中心最高温度控制在120℃左右。经离体猪肝消融实验验证,占空比为40%时,消融区域旁开5mm处温度维持在90℃左右;占空比越低时,碳化区域越小,甚至仅有微小碳化。该过程有效验证了碳化调控的可行性,对微波消融临床治疗取得更优的效果具有重要价值。 Microwave ablation of tumor is widely used in the treatment of cancer.However,the ablation zone has the side effect of carbonization,which will affect the transmission efficiency of microwave antenna and cause postoperative inflammation in patients.In this paper,the finite element method was used to construct the simulation model of microwave ablation.Intermittent wave functions with a power of 60W,a period of 60s and duty ratios of 50%,40%,30% and 20% were set.The results show that when the duty ratio is 30% and 20%,the maximum temperature of the center is controlled at about 120℃.In vitro liver ablation experiments,it was confirmed that when the duty ratio was 40%,the temperature was maintained at about 90℃ in 5mm beside the ablation area.The lower the duty ratio,the smaller the carbonization area,or even only micro carbonization.This process effectively verified the feasibility of carbonization regulation,which is of great value for obtaining better clinical effect of microwave ablation.
