摘要
为探究不同耕作方式对燕麦田土壤微生物群落多样性的影响,丰富土壤微生物的种类与数量,设置机械免耕和传统翻耕2种耕作方式,分别于燕麦拔节期和灌浆期取0~20cm土壤样品,用16S rRNA测序技术和ITS测序技术分别对土壤细菌和真菌进行测序,分析微生物群落多样性与差异性。结果表明,在免耕处理下,土壤微生物的种类更多,丰度更高。优势度分析显示,真菌优势菌门为子囊菌门和担子菌门;细菌优势菌门为放线菌门、变形菌门和酸杆菌门。因此,免耕处理较传统翻耕处理提高了土壤微生物多样性,为燕麦田耕作方式的选择提供理论依据。
In order to explore the effects of different tillage methods on soil microbial community diversity in oat fields, to enrich the species and quantity of soil microorganisms, mechanical no-tillage and traditional tillage were used to take soil samples of 0-20 cm at the jointing stage and filling stage of oat, respectively. 16 S r RNA sequencing techniques and ITS sequencing techniques were used to sequence soil bacteria and fungi, respectively,and then analyzed the diversity and difference of microbial community. The results showed that the variety and abundance of soil microorganisms were higher in no-tillage treatment compared with traditional tillage treatment.Dominance abundance analysis had shown that the dominant fungi were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota, and the dominant bacteria were Actinomycetes, Proteobacteria, and Acidobacteria. Therefore, compared with traditional tillage, no-tillage treatment could improve soil microbial diversity and provide a theoretical basis for the selection of oat field tillage method.
