摘要
兰州市独特的山谷型带状地理环境形成了天然的城市交通瓶颈,限制了城市交通系统的建设和布局。针对此问题,首先分析了兰州市交通对内对外链接能力不足、都市圈交通系统发展滞后、城区枢纽与功能区耦合不足等现状;其次,在对兰州市城市交通现状进行全面把握和详细剖析的基础上,构建了兰州市交通发展战略措施体系;最后,提出了强化兰州多向通达的枢纽优势、推进兰州都市圈交通一体化、推进快速化和网络化及建设“多中心、组团式、网络化”城市等一系列具体措施,以保证兰州市城市交通的发展在未来能继续带动城市经济的腾飞,同时给城市居民提供一个良好的交通环境。
The particular valley-type zonal geographical environment of Lanzhou has formed the natural urban traffic bottleneck,and limited the construction and layout of urban traffic system.Aiming at these problems,the present situations of the inadequate capability of internal and external connection,the development lag of metropolitan area traffic system,and the undercoupling of urban hub and functional area are firstly analyzed,then on the basis of completely mastering and analyzing the present situation of urban traffic in Lanzhou in detail,the traffic development strategic measures system is built,and finally,a series of specific measures of strengthening the multi-direction hub advantage of Lanzhou,promoting the metropolitan area traffic integration of Lanzhou,promoting the rapid technology and networking,and building a"multi-center,cluster and networked"city in order to ensure that the development of urban traffic in Lanzhou in the future can continue to drive the growth of urban economy,and also provide a good traffic environment for the urban residents.
