粮食干燥系物质成分及产品得率的几何解析与应用

摘要 通过几何解析清晰地呈现粮食等混合物系在加工环节的物质成分、成分比、产品得率物理量间的关系,解决粮食及其产品干燥工程实践中动态频繁换算问题。建立了相邻夹角为60°的平面坐标系。在工程实践中,只要客观真实地获得其中的一个量,便可清晰地换算出其它量的过程特征。为解析各种混合物系、分析产品的品质形成机制,评价设备系统的能效,确立干燥工艺参数,实施自适应控制,提供了一种换算物质成分、成分比、产品得率的图解方法。通过应用实例,说明了应用的方法,并通过"目标值→基准线→任意初态产品得率"、"解析动态水分→实时基准→质量流量调控→实现目标水分"的步骤和对应关系,为干燥环节控制的自适应及智能化提供一定的理论基础。 To present the relationship among the material composition,composition ratio,and product yield in the mixture system through geometric analysis,and solve the problem of dynamic frequent conversion in engineering application.A plane coordinate system with an adjacent angle of 60°was established.During engineering application,if one of the quantities is objectively determined,the other process characteristics can be clearly converted.It provides a graphical method of converting the material composition,composition ratio,product yield.It also can be used to analyze the product quality formation mechanism of various mixture systems,or evaluate the energy efficiency of the equipment system,establish the drying process parameter,and implement adaptive control.Finally,the application of the method is illustrated by using application examples.Through the steps and corresponding relations of"target value→baseline→arbitrary initial product yield","analysis of dynamic moisture→real-time benchmark→mass flow regulation→realization of target moisture",the theoretical basis for the self-adaptive and intelligent control of drying process is provided.
