儿童痰液标本中耐奥普托欣肺炎链球菌的分离及药敏情况 被引量:3

Isolation and drug sensitivity of optopoxin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae from sputum samples of children

摘要 目的 探讨临床检验中仅用奥普托欣敏感试验的方法鉴定肺炎链球菌的不足,并比较奥普托欣耐药肺炎链球菌与奥普托欣敏感肺炎链球菌药敏结果的差异。方法 以形态学、奥普托欣敏感试验以及VITEK 2 Compact全自动细菌鉴定药敏仪器对该菌进行鉴定,并进行体外药敏试验。结果 该株细菌最终被鉴定为肺炎链球菌且对奥普托欣耐药;抗菌药物敏感性试验(AST)显示耐奥普托欣株为多重耐药菌,对阿莫西林、头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、磺胺甲恶唑/甲氧苄啶、四环素、红霉素、美罗培南等耐药。结论 肺炎链球菌的鉴定应综合使用多种鉴定方法以防止漏检。 Objective To explore the deficiency of identifying Streptococcus pneumoniae only by using the optochin sensitivity test in clinical,and contrast the difference of drug sensitivity between optochin-resistant and optochin-sensitive S.pneumoniae.Methods The bacterium was identified by morphology,optochin’s sensitivity test and VITEK 2 Compact automatic bacterial identification drug sensitivity instrument,and in vitro drug sensitivity test.Results The strain was finally identified as S.pneumoniae and optochin-resistant.The antimicrobial susceptibility test(AST)showed this strain was a multi-drug resistant bacteria(MDROS),resistant to amoxicillin,cefotaxime,ceftriaxone,sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim,tetracycline,erythromycin,meropenem.Conclusion Multiple methods should be used to identify S.pneumoniae in order to avoid missed detection.The results of in vitro drug sensitivity test of Optochin-resistant strains are consistent with the sensitive strains.
