行刑衔接视角下食品安全检察监督的路径探究

Research on the Path of Food Safety Inspection and Supervision from the Perspective of Execution Connection

司法改革的背景下,检察机关通过法律监督手段持续加强对相关违法犯罪行为的防治与打击。即便如此,食品安全问题在实践中仍屡见不鲜,究其原因在于两法衔接机制不健全、线索信息沟通不顺畅、案件审查监督困难等,食品安全问题发展呈长期化、复杂化态势,应从完善行刑衔接程序、明确检察监督制度、构建信息共享平台等方面入手,构建常态化的食品安全检察监督治理体系。

In the context of judicial reform,procuratorial organs continue to strengthen the prevention and crackdown on related illegal and criminal acts through legal supervision.Even so,food safety problems are still common in practice.The reason is that the linkage mechanism between the two laws is not perfect,the communication of clues is not smooth,and the case review and supervision are difficult.The development of food safety issues is prolonged and complicated.Starting with linking procedures,clarifying the inspection and supervision system,and building an information sharing platform,this paper seeks to build a normalized food safety inspection,supervision and governance system.
