泰国汉语教育的发展、问题及对策

The Development,Problems and Countermeasures of Chinese Education in Thailand

语言政策是公共政策的重要组成部分。在“一带一路”倡议背景下,汉语作为泰国的第二外语,在泰国语言政策的制定上扮演着重要的角色。基于对泰国语言政策的研究,结果发现泰国普通的汉语教育总体呈低龄化趋势,仍存在师资力量薄弱、教材亟待开发等问题。而在“汉语+职业教育”新模式下,专业教师数量的不足同样是一大问题。另外,疫情迫使下的线上汉语教学对泰国未来汉语教育亦是挑战,亦是趋势。因此,为了更好促进对外汉语教学与汉语推广的发展,我国应该重视培养专业教师、关注幼儿汉语教材的开发、灵活运用线上资源。

Language policy is an important part of public policy.In the context of the Belt and Road Initiative,Chinese,as Thailand’s second foreign language,plays an important role in the formulation of Thai language policy.Based on the study on Thailand’s language policy,it is found that the general Chinese education in Thailand is generally young,and there are still problems such as shortage of teachers and urgent need of the development of teaching materials.Under the new mode of“Chinese+vocational education”,the shortage of professional teachers is also a big problem.In addition,the online Chinese teaching under the pressure of the COVID-19 epidemic is also a challenge and a trend for future Chinese education in Thailand.Therefore,in order to better promote the development of Chinese teaching and promotion as a foreign language,China should pay attention to the training of professional teachers,the development of Chinese teaching materials for children and flexible use of online resources.
