学科-专业-产业螺旋体是应用型大学围绕区域产业集群打造学科专业集群,依托学科专业产业链而形成的以创新伙伴协作体、创新价值融合体、创新生态综合体为核心特征的学科、专业与产业间的一种集群式嵌入的共同发展状态。在动力机制上,提升应用型办学质量是螺旋体建设的教育创新动力,适应知识生产模式的演变是螺旋体建设的知识创新动力,促进区域现代产业集群发展是螺旋体建设的经济创新动力。学科专业产业螺旋体构建的基本策略有:从结构层面打造对接产业集群的学科专业集群格局,从平台层面推动产教融合主体的利益固化,从管理层面深化产教融合主体的沟通理解,从政策层面强化产教融合的激励引导,从文化层面厚植产教融合的社会土壤。

Discipline-specialty-industry spiral development is the synergy of the three factors,centered on regional industrial clusters,relying on the chain effect,characterized by innovative partner collaboration,innovative value fusion,and innovative ecological complex.In terms of dynamic mechanism,improving the quality of application-oriented education is the driving force of educational innovation;adapting to the evolution mode of knowledge production is the driving force of knowledge innovation;propelling the development of regional modern industrial clusters is the driving force of economic innovation.The basic construction strategies are as follows:we should create a discipline and specialty cluster pattern that connects with industrial clusters from the structural perspective,promote the interest solidification of the main body of the integration of industry and education from the perspective of the platform,deepen the communication and understanding of the main body of the integration of industry and education from the management perspective,strengthen the incentive and guidance of the integration of industry and education from the policy perspective,and cultivate the atmosphere of the integration of industry and education from the cultural perspective.
