摘要
文中通过对核电厂安全壳喷淋管道的母材技术条件进行分析,选用合适的焊接工艺和焊接填充材料,并结合施工流程制订了相应的焊接质量控制措施。结果表明:按照所制订的施工流程和质量控制措施实施后的管道焊缝,结果符合标准要求,为其他同类型的管道焊接及质量控制提供良好的借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the base material technical conditions of the containment spray pipeline of nuclear power plant, the appropriate welding process and welding filler material were selected in this paper, and the corresponding welding quality control measures were formulated in combination with the construction process. The results showed that the results of the pipeline weld met the standard requirements according to the established construction process and quality control measures. It provided a good reference for other similar type of pipeline welding and quality control.
