摘要
采用不同的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)相容剂,用熔融浸渍工艺制备玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和动态力学分析(DMTA)方法研究了相容剂对长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料(LFT-PP)界面结合及材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入相容剂后能明显改善复合体系的力学性能,不同相容剂对预浸料界面的结合能力影响不同;在相容剂中,有效接枝的马来酸酐(MAH)越多,对力学性能的改善效果越好;FTIR测试结果表明,相容剂B#有效接枝的MAH最多,因此,其界面结合能力最佳,对材料综合性能的提升效果最佳,与无添加相容剂体系相比,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和冲击强度分别提升了67.6%、63.2%、11.3%和34.0%。
The glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite were prepared by melt-impregnation method with different compatibilizers of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH).The effects of compatibilizers in interfacial bonding and mechanical properties influence on long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite(LFT-PP)were studied by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis(DMTA).The results showed that the added compatibilizers could improve mechanical properties of composite obviously on the interface of prepreg.The more maleic anhydride(MAH)added in compatibilizer,the better effect in mechanical properties.The FTIR results showed that the most effective MAH grafted by compatibilizer B#,the interface and the comprehensive effect the best.The tensile strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus and impact strength of the compatibilizer system were increased by 67.6%,63.2%,11.3%and 34.0%,respectively.
