摘要
结合窄长型薄壁塑料件注射成型中易出现充不满、翘曲等问题,以某防护板为研究对象,分析其材料与结构,设置初始注射参数,对产品结构进行优化,采用UG软件建立防护板三维模型,利用Moldflow软件进行充填、压力变化、变形模拟,根据分析模拟结果,进一步调整浇注系统中流道的结构及形状,优化浇注系统,并对注射工艺相关参数进行调整,在注射机上进行产品试制,通过热变形测试、密度测试等方法,得到合格产品。结果表明,产品在Z方向上的最大变形量减小了0.3~0.5 mm,型腔能被充满,缝合线均匀,产品符合使用要求。结果表明,对特殊结构塑料产品采用仿真软件优化浇注系统及零件的生产工艺,从而提高零件的质量。
For narrow and long thin-walled plastic parts,injection molding was prone to filling and warping. One protective plate was used as the study model,analyzed its material and structure,the injection parameters were initially designed,the product structure was optimized,The three-dimensional model of guard plate was built by UG software,Moldflow software was used to simulate the change of filling pressure and deformation,according to analysis,the runner structure and shape of the gating system were further adjusted,optimizes the gating system. At the same time,the injection process parameters were adjusted,and the trial production of the product was carried out on the injection machine. The qualified product had been made by means of thermal deformation test,density test,etc. The result showed that the maximum positive deformation of product Z direction was 0. 3 ~ 0. 5 mm less,the cavity was filled up to,the suture was uniform and product met the application demand. The practice showed that simulation software for special structure plastic products could optimize the pouring system,optimize the process of parts then improve quality.
