摘要
为研究石蜡纳米乳液制备中的温度影响,先以58#石蜡为原料,采用非离子型复合乳化剂司潘-40、吐温-40制备了石蜡纳米乳液,并利用单因素法确定了配方组成和乳化条件:水/58#石蜡/司潘-40/吐温-40(质量比)=70/21/3.6/5.4,乳化时间为10 min,搅拌速率为1400 r/min。考察了乳化温度、降温速率、乳化终止温度和油水两相温差对石蜡纳米乳液制备的影响,结果表明:适宜的乳化温度、降温速率和乳化终止温度分别取适中值90℃,4.3℃/min和45℃,油水两相温差为最小值0℃。
For studying the effect of temperature on the preparation of paraffin nano-emulsion,58#paraffin wax,Span-40 and Tween-40 were firstly used to prepare paraffin nano-emulsion with high stability and good dispersity,and the ingredient content and emulsification conditions were determined by single factor method as follows:water/58#paraffin wax/Span-40/Tween-40(mass ratio)=70/21/3.6/5.4;emulsification time,10 min;stirring speed,1400 r/min.Then,the effects of emulsification temperature,final temperature of emulsification,cooling speed and temperature difference between oil phase and water phase were investigated,the results showed that emulsification temperature,final temperature of emulsification and cooling speed should be separately the moderate values of 90℃,45℃and 4.3℃/min,temperature difference between oil phase and water phase should be the minimum value of 0℃.
