摘要
综述了近年来负载型催化臭氧化催化剂载体的发展情况,并对硅基类、碳基类、金属氧化物类常用载体的优劣特性进行了分析,指出了新型催化臭氧化催化剂载体的未来发展方向。各类常见金属氧化物、硅胶和活性炭载体在进行一定的改性和提纯处理后,可以改善其本身的一些缺陷,负载活性物质以后均有较好的臭氧催化活性。介孔材料作为载体具有高比表面积和独特的三维孔道结构等特点,有广泛的应用前景。黏土类材料储量丰富、比表面积大、吸附能力强、价格低、无污染,是一种理想的载体原料。
The research progress of supported catalytic ozonation catalysts in recent years is reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of common carriers including silicon-based category,carbon-based category and metal oxide category carriers are analyzed and summarized.As common carriers of various metal oxides,silica gel and activated carbon,studies in recent years have shown that some defects of the carriers themselves can be improved after certain degree of modification and purification treatment.After loading the active substances,they all have better ozone catalytic activity.Mesoporous materials as carriers have excellent application prospects due to their high specific surface area and unique three-dimensional channel?structure.Clay category is an ideal carrier material with abundant reserves,large specific surface area,strong adsorption capacity,low cost and no pollution.The future development direction of new catalysts for catalytic ozonation is also pointed out.
