基于络病理论辨治IgA肾病血管病变

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Vascular Lesions in IgA Nephropathy Based on Collateral Disease Theory

临床上,血管病变在IgA肾病中较为常见,影响IgA肾病患者病情及预后。本文基于络病理论探讨IgA肾病血管病变的病因病机,阐述气滞络阻、邪毒伤络、络脉失荣的病理发展阶段,提出扶正驱邪为基本治疗原则,分期论治,以提高临床疗效,改善患者远期预后。

Clinically,vascular disease is common in IgA nephropathy(IgAN),which affects the condition and prognosis of patients with IgAN.Based on the theory of collateral disease,this article discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of IgAN vascular disease,elaborated the pathological development stages of qi stagnation and collateral obstruction,toxin injuring collaterals and collaterals deformities,and put forward the basic treatment principle of treatment for strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens,and treatment by stages,so as to improve the clinical efficacy and long-term prognosis of patients.
