摘要 目的建立生活饮用水中多氯联苯(polychlorinated biphenyls,PCBs)的气相色谱—质谱测定法。方法水样采用C18固相萃取柱富集,用二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯洗脱,氮吹浓缩后进样分析。结果18种PCBs在(0.01~0.40)μg/L范围内其相关系数均≥0.99,方法检出限范围为(0.0003~0.0017)μg/L,定量限范围为(0.0012~0.0068)μg/L,回收率范围为85.1%~117%,RSD为1.08%~9.51%。结论该方法适用性强、准确度高、稳定可靠,满足生活饮用水中PCBs的限值要求,适用于生活饮用水中PCBs的测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of polychlorinated biphenyls in drinking water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods Domestic drinking water samples were treated by a C18 solid-phase extraction column and eluted with dichloromethane and ethyl acetate,and then the final eluate was concentrated with nitrogen and analyzed.Results A total of 18 polychlorinated biphenyls showed a correlation coefficient of≥0.99 within the range of(0.01-0.40)μg/L.The detection limit of the method was(0.0003-0.0017)μg/L,and the limit of quantification cation was(0.0012-0.0068)μg/L.The recovery rate ranged from 85.1%-117%and the relative standard deviation ranged from 1.08%-9.51%.Conclusion The GC-MS method has good applicability,accuracy,stability,and reliability and can meet the detection limits for polychlorinated biphenyls in drinking water,and therefore,it is suitable for simultaneous determination of polychlorinated biphenyls in drinking water.
