摘要 根据马钢20000 m^(3)/h液氧内压缩流程空分设备工艺流程特点,通过对20000 m^(3)/h空分设备粗氩塔投运操作方法进行有效分析与改进,保证空分设备启动稳定。文章详细叙述在20000 m^(3)/h空分设备粗氩塔投运时,粗氩塔投运方式与循环粗氩泵、气态粗氩、氩馏分流量操作方法存在问题、原因分析,介绍针对性的改进操作方法。 According to the process characteristics of the 20000 m^(3)/h liquid oxygen internal compression air separation plant in Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the operation method of the crude argon tower of the 20000 m^(3)/h air separation plant was effectively analyzed and improved to ensure the stable start-up of the air separation plant.In this paper,the problems existing in the operation mode of crude argon tower and the operation methods of circulating crude argon pump,gaseous crude argon and argon fraction flow when crude argon tower of 20000 m^(3)/h air separation plant was put into operation were described in detail,and the causes were analyzed.The targeted improvement operation methods were introduced.
