推动传统治理资源的现代转型,是乡村治理现代化的基本路径之一。传统治理资源主要包括文化资源、乡贤资源和传统自组织资源。传统治理资源程序灵活、成本较低,并且可充分激发乡村精英的活力,契合乡村柔性治理的需要。因此,传统治理资源能够弥补现代治理资源的某些不足,有其存在的必要性。促进传统乡村治理资源的现代转型,需要加强党的领导、鼓励多方参与、挖掘文化资源的软作用力、转变乡村治理意识、促进村规民约的现代化。

Promoting the modernization of traditional resources of governance is one of the basic paths for the modernization of rural governance.The traditional resources of governance mainly include cultural resources,sage villagers resources and self-organizations resources.The traditional resources of governance have flexible procedures,low cost,and can fully invigorate rural elites,meet the needs of rural flexible governance.Therefore,it is necessary for traditional governance resources to make up for some deficiencies of modern governance resources.To promote the modern transformation of traditional rural resources of governance,it is necessary to enhance the leadership of the Communist Party,encourage multiple-subject participation,exploit the soft force of cultural resources,change the awareness of rural governance,and promote the modernization of village rules and conventions.
