县级博物馆发展及对策性思考——以泗县博物馆为例

Development of County-level Museums and Countermeasures--A Case Study of Sixian Museum

县级博物馆是基层最为重要的文化宣传和社会教育窗口,博物馆的发展建设对县域层面居民精神文化生活的提升十分重要,对于县级公共文化事业的发展起到积极的促进作用。加强县级博物馆发展建设,提高场馆开放服务水平,对推动县域文化建设、区域经济发展、旅游产业提升等方面影响显著。通过对泗县博物馆的发展现状、存在问题和开放对策等方面的思考,总结县级博物馆建设发展的相关策略,更好地提升基层博物馆的开放管理水平,探索县级博物馆管理运行的方法和对策。

County-level museums are the most important cultural propaganda and social education windows at the grass-roots level.The development and construction of museums is very important to enhance the spiritual and cultural life of residents at the county level,and plays a positive role in promoting the development of county-level public cultural undertakings.Strengthening the development and construction of county-level museums and improving the opening service level of venues have a significant impact on promoting county-level cultural construction,regional economic development and upgrading of tourism industry.Based on the consideration of the current situation,existing problems and opening strategies of SI County museums,this paper sums up the relevant strategies for the construction and development of county-level museums,so as to improve the opening management level of grass-roots museums,probe into the methods and countermeasures of the management and operation of county-level museums.
