农业要素市场化对农村生态环境质量的影响效应

The Effect of Marketization of Agricultural Factors on the Quality of Rural Eco-environment

为检验城乡二元结构背景下农业要素市场化对农村生态环境的影响效应,利用我国30个省级行政单位1998—2018年面板数据建立有调节的多重中介效应模型,就农业要素市场化对农村生态环境的影响路径以及城乡二元结构在其中的调节作用进行了实证分析。结果表明:农业要素市场化对农村生态环境具有显著的正向影响;从具体影响路径看,农业要素市场化对农村生态环境影响的直接效应显著为正,农业要素投入在该影响过程中发挥了中介作用,其中,劳动和土地要素投入的中介效应显著为正,资本要素投入的中介效应显著为负;城乡二元结构对中介过程的前半路径具有显著的调节作用,但对直接路径的调节作用并不显著。城乡二元结构阻碍了城乡之间的要素流动,从而弱化了劳动要素投入变化对农村生态环境的正面效应和资本要素投入变化对农村生态环境的负面效应,同时也强化了土地要素投入变化对农村生态环境的正面效应。

To analyze the impact of marketization of agricultural factors on rural eco-environment under the background of urban-rural dual structure,this paper uses the data from 1998 to 2018 of 30 provincial administrative units to construct an adjusted multiple mediator effect model,empirically analyzes the influencing path of the marketization of agricultural factors on the rural ecological environment and the moderating role of the urban-rural dual structure.The results show that:Firstly,the marketization of agricultural factors has a significant positive influence on the rural eco-environment;Secondly,from the perspective of influencing path,the direct effect of agricultural factors marketization on rural eco-environment is significantly positive,agricultural factors input plays a mediator effect in this process,in which,the mediator effect of labor and land factor input is significantly positive,while the mediator effect of capital factor input is significantly negative;Thirdly,the urban-rural dual structure plays a significant role in moderating the marketization of agricultural factors and the agricultural factors input,but the moderator effect between the marketization of agricultural factors and the rural ecological environment is not significant.The urban-rural dual structure hinders the factor flow between urban and rural areas,thus weakening the positive effect of labor factor input change on rural eco-environment and the negative effect of capital factor input change on rural eco-environment,and strengthening the positive effect of land factor input change on rural eco-environment.
