如何以体育教师为主体建立学校紧急医疗系统--以遵义市中小学为例

How to Establish School Emergency Medical System with Physical Education Teachers as the Main Body--Take the Primary and Secondary Schools in Zunyi as an Example

该文运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,对遵义市中小学体育教师运动损伤处理和急救能力及学校紧急医疗系统进行调查,结果表明:体育教师对相关的知识和技能掌握较差,学校医疗保障措施还不完善。通过调查分析,以体育教师为主体建立学校紧急医疗系统具有很大的优势,根据优势与现状为学校建立紧急医疗系统和体育教师的培养提出建议:(1)体育院校加强对体育生运动医疗能力的培养;(2)中小学优先录用掌握运动医疗的体育教师;(3)中小学体育教师要定期做运动医疗技能培训;(4)初、高中开设体育与健康理论和实操课程。

By using the methods of literature,interview and logical analysis,this paper investigates the sports injury treatment and first aid ability of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in Zunyi,as well as the school emergency medical system.The results show that physical education teachers have a poor grasp of relevant knowledge and skills.School medical security measures are not perfect.Through investigation and analysis,it is of great advantage to establish an emergency medical system in schools with physical education teachers as the main body.According to the advantages and current situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the establishment of emergency medical system and the training of physical education teachers.(1)Physical education colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of sports medical ability of sports students.(2)Primary and secondary schools should give priority to recruiting physical education teachers with sports medical skills.(3)Primary and secondary school physical education teachers should do sports medical skills training on a regular basis.(4)Physical education and health theory and practice courses are offered in junior and senior high schools.
