摘要
散打是武术的一部分,通过学习并练习散打,可以达到增强体质的目标。在如今的高校教学中,“散打”也已经被提上日程,就比如说熟悉的体育课选修,人们都知道,体育课程其实是大学中的公共必修课,是作为大学生都要进行学习的一门课程。“散打”也是大学体育选修的一部分,通过练习散打可以对大学生的心理和生理上都能够起到一定的锻炼作用。因为在进行相关课堂教学时,最主要的就是人与人之间的对抗练习,只有通过对抗性的练习,才能够真正地锻炼学生在散打方面的能力,真正让学生学会怎样进攻与防守。在散打课程的进行过程中,大学生可以明白怎样进行更加有效的进攻与防守。经历过一次次的成功与失败,学生的心理素质方面也能够得到锻炼,进行散打练习,经历最多的便是失败与成功,但是“胜不骄,败不馁”也是很重要的,该文最主要论述的就是散打教学在大学生心理素质教育中的教育影响。
Sanda is a part of martial.By learning sanda and practicing it,we can achieve the goal of strengthening people's physique.In today's college teaching,"sanda"has also been put on the agenda,for example,we are more familiar with the elective course of physical education,we all know that physical education is actually a public required course in the university,is a course that college students should learn."Sanda"is also a part of college physical education elective,through the practice of sanda can play a certain role in both psychological and physical exercise for college students.Because in the relevant classroom teaching,the most important is the confrontation between people,because only through the confrontational practice,can we really exercise the students'ability in sanda,and really let the students learn how to attack and defend.In the process of sanda course,college students can understand how to carry out more effective attack and defense.They have experienced success and failure again and again,and their psychological quality can also be trained.The most experienced is failure and success in sanda practice.But"victory is not arrogant,defeat is not discouraged"is also very important.This paper mainly discusses the influence of sanda teaching on college students'psychological quality education.
