摘要
教练员在传统的散打教学中,往往只注重技术和力量方面的训练,而对放松训练的研究不够,专门进行的放松训练较少,即使进行放松训练,也是方法单调,针对性不强,要求不高,没有给予运动员正确的引导,也没有引起足够的重视。在当今社会,任何运动项目都要注重放松训练,目前在国内一种新兴的放松方式已经出现,筋膜放松法已经由最初仅属于专业运动员、教练及医疗专家的“神秘技术”,推广成为大众常见的必备放松模式。而筋膜放松法在一定程度上优于普通放松的方式方法,使得专业运动员和普通锻炼人群的肌肉工作时间更长,受伤的概率也会下降,使人们更加有效率地运动和工作。
Sanda coaches in traditional teaching,often only pay attention to technique and strength training,and the study of relaxation training is not enough,specially for relaxation training is less,even for relaxation training,is also a method monotonous,pertinence is not strong,the request is not high,the athletes were not given the right guidance,also did not cause enough attention.Therefore,in today's society,any sport should pay attention to relaxation training.At present,a new relaxation method has appeared in China.Fascial relaxation method has been popularized by the mysterious technology that originally only belongs to professional athletes,coaches and medical experts and become a common and necessary relaxation mode for the public.The fascia relaxation method is superior to the ordinary relaxation method to a certain extent,which makes the muscles of professional athletes and ordinary exercise people work longer and reduce the risk of injury,so that people can exercise and work more efficiently.
