Ideological and political education has always been an important part of Chinese education system,but also the key to the development of contemporary social education.In fact,in addition to moral education,other culture and sports education courses also have the function of Ideological and political education,including physical education courses.With the development of society and the improvement of people's spiritual cognitive level,people's understanding of physical education is no longer limited to the exercise of strong physique,and the ideological and political education function of physical education has been fully affirmed.This paper will focus on the function of Ideological and political education of physical education,and explore its realization path.
