新时代赋予体育教育新的内涵和历史使命。如何进行体育教育内涵的传播与培育,提高身体素养、健康素养,成为今后的基本遵循。该文探讨培育体育教育内涵的阵地建设,前沿阵地、主阵地、副阵地,是体育教育内涵得以扎根落地、有力传播和有效实施的教育基地。认识到体育教育对个人终身体育意识培养的重要作用,又分析了新时代背景下体育教育在培养学生终身体育意识过程中存在的问题,针对问题提出了相应对策,旨在为我国终身体育事业的有效实施做出贡献。

New era endows physical education with new connotation and historical mission.How to carry on the sports education connotation dissemination and the cultivation,enhances the body accomplishment,the health accomplishment,becomes the future basic compliance,this article discusses the sports education connotation front position construction,front position,the main position,the auxiliary position,it is the educational base that the connotation of physical education can take root,spread and implement effectively.Recognizing the important role of physical education in the cultivation of individual life-long physical education awareness,this paper also analyzes the problems existing in the process of cultivating students'life-long physical education awareness in the context of the new era,and advances some corresponding countermeasures against the problems,the aim is to make a contribution to the effective implementation of lifelong sports in our country.
