摘要
针对目前国内垃圾焚烧发电炉渣资源化利用处置问题,综合考虑炉渣的粒度性质、成分组成、处理分选工艺以及不同类型的跳汰机性能,发现锯齿波跳汰机分选精度和质量效率都高于其它分选设备,单位能耗也最低,能够实现炉渣资源化利用和经济效益的最大化。
In respect to the current resourceful utilisation of slag from domestic waste incinerator for power generation,its granularity,composition,sorting process and the performance of various types of jigging machine were comprehensively considered.It has found that,of all sorting equipment,the sawtooth wave jigging machine is superior in sorting accuracy and quality efficiency with the lowest unit energy consumption.Therefore,the resourceful utilisation of slag and the maximisation of economic benefits could be achieved.
