Application of 3D Printing and Simulation in Casting Production

介绍3D打印技术在砂型铸造和精密铸造生产中的应用以及工艺流程;接着以Procast软件为例论述铸造模拟技术在铸造生产中的工艺流程和应用价值;最后简要分析了3D打印和模拟仿真在铸造生产中的应用前景。

In this paper,we first introduce the application and technological process of 3D printing in the production of sand casting and precision casting.Then,taking Procast software as an example,we expound the technological process and application value of casting simulation technology in casting production.Finally,we briefly analyze the application prospect of 3D printing and simulation in casting production.
