中压自动生产线的升级改造研究

Research on Upgrading and Transformation of Medium Voltage Automatic Production Line

针对中压设备安装线路长、效率低、系统设计布置不合理,造成中压柜产线的日常装配和设备维修不便,同时装配线路过长,也存在安装过程中诸多不安全风险。从生产线合理优化设计入手,着重解决安全及效率问题,进而得到解决问题的最佳方案。经过实际验证,改造后的系统生产速度明显提高,当年安全事故发生率为零。

Such problems as the long installation lines,the low efficiency,and the unreasonable system design and layout of the medium voltage equipment have brought a lot of inconvenience to the daily installation and maintenance of medium voltage product line.Meanwhile,due to the long installation lines,there exist unsafety risks.Starting with optimizing the design of production line,focusing on safety and efficiency,we obtain the best scheme.After being tested and verified,the production system could speed up with no safety accidents that year.
