摘要
户外拓展训练是一种新型的“体验式学习”方式。本研究专门设计一系列有针对性和挑战性的户外拓展训练项目,在大学体育课中开展实证教学研究。以景德镇学院2020级180名新生(体育学院学生除外)为研究对象,通过户外拓展训练,用常规的实验方法,使学生掌握更多有效组合的“预防健身性运动处方”,为《全民健身计划纲要》的实施,开拓新的领域;实验结果实证:科学运用“预防健身性运动处方”进行户外拓展训练的实验教学,能最大化、科学化有效提高大学生体质健康水平。
Outward bound training is a new kind of″experiential learning″.We has designed a series of targeting and challenging programs of outward bound training,and carried out empirical teaching research in college physical education.Among 180 freshmen(excluding those in the school of physical education)of Jingdezhen University,we launch the outward bound training and adopt conventional experimental methods in order that they can master more″prescriptions for prevention of fitness″,which opens up a new field for the implementation of Outline of the Nationwide Body-building Plan.Our experimental results show that outward bound training by scientifically using″prescriptions for prevention of fitness″can improve college students′physical health greatly and effectively.
