甘肃烟区烤烟常规化学成分特征及年度变化分析

Analysis on Annual Variation of Conventional Chemical Components of Flue-cured Tobacco in Gansu Province

为研究甘肃烟区烤烟常规化学成分特征及其年度变化趋势,以2010—2019年甘肃省2个种植区(陇南和庆阳)的主栽品种共180个复烤片烟为研究对象,对其常规化学成分特征和年度变化进行分析。结果表明:(1)甘肃烟区烤烟常规化学成分含量整体适中,总糖含量相对较高,而钾和氯含量偏低;钾氯比波动较大;(2)庆阳和陇南产地烟叶总糖、还原糖、总植物碱及总氮略有差异,但并不显著,庆阳产地烟叶氯离子含量显著高于陇南产地,而钾离子含量显著低于陇南产地;(3)2010—2019年,甘肃烟区烟叶的总糖和还原糖、总氮和总植物碱含量均穗年度变化而呈波动变化趋势,值得注意的是,2016—2019年,总糖含量已超出适宜范围的上限,还原糖含量相对适宜,但也已趋于适宜范围的上限。

In order to study the characteristics and annual variation trend of conventional chemical components of flue-cured tobacco in Gansu Province,180 redried tobacco varieties from two planting areas(Longnan and Qingyang)in Gansu Province during 2010-2019 were selected as the research objects.The results showed that:(1)The general chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco in Gansu Province was moderate,total sugar content was relatively high,but potassium and chlorine contents were low;the ratio of potassium to chlorine fluctuated greatly.(2)There were slight differences in the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,total alkaloids and total nitrogen between Qingyang flue-cured tobacco varieties and Longnan ones,but the differences were not significant.Qingyang flue-cured tobacco was significantly higher than Longnan in chloride ion content,while significantly lower than Longnan in potassium ion content.(3)During 2010-2019,the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen and total alkaloids of flue-cured tobacco produced in Gansu area fluctuated with the annual variation.Especially in the period of 2016-2019,the total sugar content exceeded the upper limit of the appropriate range,and the reducing sugar content was relatively appropriate,but also tended to the upper limit of the appropriate range.
