摘要
在网室条件下,采用不同浓度的IBA对生长期细绿萍1001、小叶萍4018和卡州萍3001进行喷施处理。结果表明:细绿萍1001采用IBA 10和15μg/mL处理能够结孢,其他处理都未诱导出孢子果,而卡州萍3001和小叶萍4018各个处理都未见结孢;细绿萍1001经15和10μg/mL IBA处理后,结孢率分别为8.0%和5.0%,孢子果数量分别为4.21和2.96个,孢子果雌雄比分别为0.55和0.43,结孢率、结孢数量和孢子果雌雄比都是15μg/mL处理显著高于10μg/mL处理;细绿萍1001经IBA 10和15μg/mL处理后的萍体大小和C/N比显著增加,但卡州萍3001和小叶萍4018各处理的萍体大小和C/N比都无显著差异。
Under natural conditions in the mesh room,Azolla filiculoides Lamarck 1001,Azolla microphylla Kaulfus 4018 and Azolla caroliniana Willd 3001 samples were sprayed with different concentrations of IBA during the vegetative growth period.The concentrations of IBA were adjusted to 0(control),1,5,10,15 and 20μg/mL.The results showed that 10 and 15μg/mL of IBA could induce Azolla filiculoides Lamarck 1001 sporocarps,other treatments failed to induce sporocarps.Azolla microphylla Kaulfus 4018 and Azolla caroliniana Willd 3001 did ont produce sporocarps in all treatments.After being treated with 15 and 10μg/mL of IBA,the sporocarp formation rate of Azolla filiculoides Lamarck 1001 was 8.0%and 5.0%,the number of sporocarps was 4.21 and 2.96,and the female-male ratio of sporocarps was 0.55 and 0.43,respectively;obviously,15μg/mL of IBA was significantly higher than 10μg/mL of IBA in the sporocarp formation rate,the number of sporocarps and the female-male ratio of sporocarps.After being treated by 10 and 15μg/mL of IBA,the size and C/N ratio of Azolla filiculoides Lamarck 1001 significantly increased,but no significant increases were found in the sizes and C/N ratios of Azolla microphylla Kaulfus 4018 and Azolla caroliniana Willd 3001.
