基于福州港装卸机械运行指标的研究分析

Research and analysis on technical indexes of handling machinery management based on Fuzhou Port

通过对福州港1#、2#泊位集装箱码头的岸桥与场桥设备的利用率、故障率、可靠性、维修性等考核指标进行分析,找出设备运行维护管理及码头生产经营中存在的问题,及时纠正并加以改进:增加码头吞吐量充分发挥岸桥效能;降低翻箱率,提高场桥作业效率;加强与外部各环节的协作,保持港口生产的连续性与平衡性;加强设备技术管理队伍建设,快速排除故障,尽量减少因设备故障中断装卸作业的进行,维持设备安全可靠高效地运行,争取实现70万标准集装箱的码头吞吐量目标。

Through the analysis of the utilization rate,failure rate,reliability and maintainability of the equipment of quay bridge and yard bridge of the 1#and 2#berth container terminals in Fuzhou Port,find out the problems existing in equipment operation and maintenance management and terminal operation,correct and improve them in time:increase terminal throughput to give full play to quay bridge efficiency;Strengthen the cooperation with external links,strive for the continuity and balance of port production;strengthen the construction of equipment and technical management team,more rapid troubleshooting,minimize equipment failure and interrupt the loading and unloading operations,to ensure the safe,reliable and efficient operation of the equipment,and strive to achieve the terminal throughput target of 700,000 standard containers.
