电场对有机胺气溶胶作用机理与实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 燃煤电厂碳捕集、利用与封存技术是实现2060年碳中和目标的重要手段,然而化学吸收法存在吸收剂二次携带与生成新的气溶胶污染物等问题。为了探究电场对有机胺气溶胶作用机理,使用COMSOL软件模拟有机胺气溶胶、固体颗粒在空间电场中荷电特征与运动特性区别;用实验手段研究有机胺气溶胶对线板式静电除雾器伏安特性影响,通过ELPI+分析电场对有机胺气溶胶控制效果。结果表明:板间电流随电压增大而变大,近似为指数函数;当极线间距一定时,电流随板间距增大而减小;极板间距一定时,电流随线间距增大而增大,最大值对应尺寸为板间距7 cm、线间距7 cm;电除雾器对于0.20~0.50μm粒径有机胺气溶胶的脱除效率最低为40%;有机胺气溶胶相对介电常数更高,表面张力更大,其在除雾器中的脱除效率比固体颗粒更高;0.10μm以下和0.10μm以上粒径有机胺气溶胶脱除效率分别相差约2百分点、8百分点。 The technology of carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)in coal-fired power plants is an important approach to achieve the goal of 2060 carbon neutrality.However,the chemical absorption method has problems such as the secondary carrying of absorbents and the generation of new aerosol pollutants.To explore the action mechanism of the electric field on organic amine aerosol,the authors employ the COMSOL software to simulate the difference between the charge characteristics and movement characteristics of organic amine aerosols and solid particles in the space electric field.In addition,they use experimental methods to study the effect of organic amine aerosol on volt-ampere characteristics of the wire-plate electrostatic defogger.Finally,this article analyzes the control effect of electric field on organic amine aerosol by ELPI+.The results show that,the current between the plates increases with the voltage,which is approximately an exponential function.When the distance between the poles is constant,the current decreases with the increase of the distance between the plates.When the distance between the plates is constant,the current increases with the distance between the plates,and the maximum corresponding size is 7 cm between the board and 7 cm between the lines.The removal efficiency of the electric mist eliminator for 0.2~0.5μm particles is 40%.Organic amine aerosol has higher relative permittivity and higher surface tension,and their removal rate in the mist eliminator is higher than that of solid particles.The difference in particle size below 0.1μm is about 2 percentage points,and the difference in particle size above 0.1μm is about 8 percentage points.
