摘要
以废催化剂制备再生钛钨粉原料并用于催化剂生产的循环回用模式,是火电厂废烟气脱硝催化剂资源化利用的主流工艺。由于缺乏明确的行业标准和有效的质量监管,当前再生钛钨粉产品普遍具有无效及有害杂质含量高,有效成分含量偏差大,粉体粒径大且均匀性差,比表面积和孔容偏低,孔隙结构不合理等问题,易导致所制备的催化剂成品外观及几何性能劣化、单元密度增加、反应活性及稳定性降低、抗中毒能力下降和化学寿命缩短等质量缺陷,对催化剂性能有一定影响。建议尽快建立再生钛钨粉产品的质量标准及检测评价方法,引导全行业健康有序发展。
The recycling mode of using waste catalyst to prepare regenerated TiO2-WO3 powder for catalyst production is the mainstream process of resource utilization of waste flue gas denitration catalyst in thermal power plants.Currently,due to lack of the clear professional standard and effective quality supervision,the regenerative TiO2-WO3 powder products generally have such quality defects as high contents of impurities and toxins,large content deviations of active ingredients,large particle size and poor uniformity,low specific surface area and pore volume,irrational pore structure.These defects would bring quality problems for downstream catalyst products,including deterioration of geometrical features,increase of unit density,decline of reaction activity and stability,low toxin resistance and short chemical life-time.In this case,the quality standards and detection methods should be established immediately,and the specific SCR catalyst management mode should be developed for thermal power plants,to guide a better development of the SCR catalysts recycling industry.
