探讨公立医院托管运营羁留医院机制的构建

Discussion on the Construction of Public Hospital Trusteeship Operation Detention Hospital Mechanism

目的探讨现代医院管理制度下公立医院托管运营羁留医院机制的构建。方法通过系统的文献调研并结合笔者多年的实践经验,系统分析在现代医院管理制度下综合性公立医院托管运营羁留医院机制的关键环节及可能面临的挑战,并基于此提出针对性建议,以期为后续公立医院托管运营羁留医院的推广提供理论指导和经验借鉴。结果羁留医院的托管运营管理机制存在行政架构不完善,运营职责不清晰,医疗人员配置不足等问题,故建议优化羁留医院运行体制、补充医疗人员、建立健全病房管理制度等,以促进羁留医院长期发展。结论文章为羁留医院运营机制的改善提供了可行性建议,具有较大的参考价值。

Objective To explore the establishment of a public hospital trusteeship operation detention hospital mechanism under the modern hospital management system.Methods Through systematic literature research and combining with the author’s many years of practical experience,systematically analyze the key links and possible challenges of the comprehensive public hospital trusteeship operation detention hospital mechanism under the modern hospital management system,and based on this,put forward targeted recommendations in order to provide theoretical guidance and experience reference for the follow-up promotion of public hospital trusteeship operation detention hospitals.Results The custody operation management mechanism of the detention hospital has problems such as imperfect administrative structure,unclear operational responsibilities,and insufficient medical staffing.Therefore,it is recommended to optimize the operation system of the detention hospital,supplement the medical personnel,and establish a sound ward management system to promote the detention hospital for a long-term development.Conclusion This article provides feasibility suggestions for improving the operating mechanism of detained hospitals,and has great reference value.
