阿替普酶联用丁苯酞治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效探讨

Study on the Effect of Alteplase Combined With Butylphthalide in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨缺血性脑卒中患者应用阿替普酶与丁苯酞结合的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法抽选2019年7月—2020年6月医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者92例,依据治疗方案的不同分组,对照组阿替普酶治疗,研究组阿替普酶联合丁苯酞治疗。对比两组治疗效果、生活质量以及神经功能缺损与运动功能评分。结果研究组疗效好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组,FMA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论用阿替普酶联合丁苯酞治疗缺血性脑卒中,可提升疗效,改善生活质量,同时可改善神经功能缺损及运动功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combining alteplase with butylphthalide in patients with ischemic stroke and its influence on the quality of life of the patients.Methods A total of 92 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected.According to different groups of treatment regiments,alteplase was used in the control group and alteplase combined with butylphthalide in the study group.The treatment effect,quality of life,neurological deficit and motor function scores were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the FMA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Alteplase combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of ischemic stroke can improve the curative effect,improve the quality of life,and improve the neurological deficit and motor function.
