现代化管理模式提高中药房中药管理的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Modernized Management Mode to Improve the Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chinese Pharmacy

目的探讨现代化管理模式提高中药房中药管理的效果。方法以2017年1月—2018年12月为研究阶段,选取在黑龙江哈尔滨市中医医院治疗的2000例患者,同时将中药房纳入研究中,对应用现代化管理模式前后中药房,在药物调配环节、审核流程、发药环节的变化情况以及临床满意度方面进行分析。结果实施后处方调剂的正确率90.00%、药物调配准确率96.00%、审核准确率92.00%、人员配备率50.00%均高于实施前(87.00%、84.00%、87.00%、42.00%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后患者取药时间(15.91±2.29)min短于实施前(26.05±1.96)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后管理评价优良率、满意度均显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中药房中药管理中,应用现代化管理模式,有利于工作准确度的提升,资源配置的合理改善,患者取药时间的缩短。

Objective To explore the effect of modern management model in the improvement of Chinese medicine management in Chinese pharmacies.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018 as the research phase,2000 patients in Harbin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and the Chinese pharmacy was included in the study at the same time.Analyze changes in the drug compounding link,review process,and drug distribution and clinical satisfaction in Chinese pharmacy before and after the application of the modern management model were analyzed.Results After the implementation,the accuracy rate of prescription dispensing was 90.00%,the accuracy rate of drug deployment was 96.00%,the audit accuracy rate was 92.00%,and the staffing rate of 50.00%,and they were higher than those before implementation(87.00%,84.00%,87.00%,42.00%).Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the time for patients to take the medicine(15.91±2.29)min was shorter than(26.05±1.96)min before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the implementation,the management evaluation and satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those before the implementation,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modern management mode in the management of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese pharmacies is conducive to the improvement of work accuracy,the reasonable improvement of resource allocation,and the shortening of the time for patients to take medicine.
