移动式可伸缩锐器盒放置架的设计及应用

Design and Application of the Mobile Retractable Sharper Box Holder

目的探究移动式可伸缩锐器盒放置架在基层医疗机构的应用及其在降低锐器伤及提高医务人员锐器处理满意度中的作用。方法根据临床工作需要,自行设计移动式可伸缩锐器盒放置架,并在医院锐器盒使用高频率科室使用,对比使用前后锐器伤发生情况及护理人员锐器盒使用满意度情况。结果移动式可伸缩锐器盒放置架在医院临床科室治疗室、处置室及手术间使用,使用1年后护理人员锐器伤发生人次率由17.18%下降至9.20%,锐器盒使用满意度由71.78%上升至91.41%,且差距均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.527,P=0.033;χ^(2)=20.916,P<0.001)。结论移动式可伸缩锐器盒放置架的应用可有效提高医务人员处置锐器时的易见性及可及性,有效降低锐器伤职业暴露的发生,明显提升了医务人员使用锐器盒的满意度,具有一定的推广意义。

Objective To explore the application of a mobile retractable sharps box placement rack in primary medical institutions and its effect in reducing sharps injuries and improving medical staff satisfaction with sharps handling.Methods According to the needs of clinical work,the mobile retractable sharps box placement rack was designed by ourselves,and the sharps box was used in the main department of the hospital to test the sharps injuries before and after use and the satisfaction of medical staff with sharps handling.Results The mobile retractable sharps box was placed on trial in the treatment room,treatment room and operating room of the hospital clinical department.After one year of trial,the incidence rate of sharp injury of medical staff dropped from 17.18%to 9.20%.Sharps for medical staff Satisfaction with box usage increased from 71.78%before trial to 91.41%after trial,and the gaps were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.527,P=0.033;χ^(2)=20.916,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of mobile retractable sharps box placement rack can effectively improve the visibility and accessibility of medical staff when handling sharps,effectively reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure to sharps injuries,and significantly improve the use of sharps boxes by medical staff satisfaction,it has a certain promotion significance.
